Cancellation

Once made, an order cannot be canceled by the buyer. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to ineligible order requests, unauthorized payment methods, unavailability of the product, or an unforeseen problem.

Return

You may return damaged, discolored or broken pieces. Please take a picture of the piece and email us as soon as possible at cassiebriejewelry@gmail.com

• We will replace the damaged piece with the exact same new piece and pay for shipping costs.
• Or you can also return it for store credit. 
• Original Shipment fee is non-refundable.

Exchange

If you do not like the jewelry piece you received; you may exchange it with any other piece at equal or lesser value 

• The returning piece must be unworn, undamaged, inside its original packing and box.
• Custom-made orders are excluded from exchange policy.
• Customer must pay return shipping
